Position: Project Manager


Project Managers are responsible for masterminding, outlining and developing projects as well as developing new business from existing clients. They design the project goals and success markers, determine how success will be measured and tracked. They ensure the project remains on time and on budget and help motivate team members to hit their goals. Project Managers also act as a liaison between the project team and upper level management. They prepare and present progress reports to ensure the project is furthering organizational goals.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide outstanding service and value through collaborative problem-solving and timely response to client requests
• Develop strong knowledge of products, key trends and service offerings and apply that knowledge to the sales and service process
• Ability to read install drawings efficiently
• Remains in constant contact with established customers to ensure their satisfaction with the products and the company’s services
• Work closely with internal Design team to strategically develop specific product and service solutions that satisfy the client while supporting the interest of Seats and Stations
• Understanding of FCC quoting process, ability to provide clear & concise information for quote generation
• Product research for client solutions
• Maintain accurate records for each project
• Verify and approve all orders prior to placement for accuracy
• Work with Coordination or Order Processor to verify and reconcile order acknowledgments in a timely manner
• Provide status report to Client, AM/PM & PC
• Identify and document any changes to the established scope of work. Advise client, provide cost estimates, associated documentation, and ensure all necessary processes are carried out
• Initiate changes as necessary
• Manage Small add-on orders post project
• Vendor communications; including verification of pricing, discounting and lead times
• Ensure client invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Project manage installs, complete accurate punch lists and provide complete information to Coordination for processing
• Attend vendor product training
• Use pipedrive to track and monitor sales progress of clients with Account Management responsibility

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exemplary communications with internal staff, vendor and clients
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and foster both internal and external relationships
• Familiarity with proposal and bid process desired
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office systems with ability to learn internal system
• Must have an understanding of general business practices
• May need reliable transportation to go to client sites
